So it just saddens me how people just decide to take their life when some fights hard just to keep theirs. The death of the local young actor just proves how pitiful some people are no matter what their status in life is. Every person needs someone to save them even from themselves when they feel like giving up. This song is for those people who is in the midst of giving up.

Circle of Life, Day #10, 28 December 2011

Who 90's kid doesn't know The Lion King? No one, right? Lion King was not only loved for the characters nor the script but the songs and the message of the movie. I was at my sister's today and told the kids that I wanna watch The Lion King in 3d! It's always good to share something you grew up with to the kids today. Anyways, the song Circle of Life stuck in my head and I had the chance to savor every line in the song. It all makes sense. We run in circles. And you'll realized that we do live in a small world, after all.

Today, I did a growing up AVP of a couple about to get married in a few days. It just made me think of how a life of a person could change in just a span of few years. I always get teary eyed when I see a couple really inlove with each other. And with this ever changing world, sadly, only a few marriages succeed for a long time. I mean, Kim Kardashian isn't the only one with a short term marriage right? And it all happens in this crazy crazy life.

This song has gotta be, by far, my most favorite Lady Gaga song. You remember the times when you wished you look different? Well, this song teaches us that it's okay to be different. You just have to accept that you are born that way and it's not something you should be ashamed of. Sa Araw ng Pasko, Day #7, 25 December 2011

Couldn't the song be anymore timely? It's the most beautiful time of the year! I particularly chose this song because when my friends and I were at the Mental Hospital for our thesis, they kept on playing this song for their activity. They also did cards for their family and most of it states that they want to be home for Christmas. I sympathize with them because I could only imagine how hard it is to be so close yet so far with your family and the most difficult thing about that is they couldn't do anything about it. So, for Christmas, this song is for them. I hope that they'll have a wonderful Christmas even if they're locked up in their dens. I've done my Christmas shopping today! Wopeeee! I usually don't go to the mall when I know there are a lot of people there (E.g. Sale, Weekends) but since it's Christmas, what the heck?. I love love love Christmas shopping alone since I get the chance to buy people's presents without them knowing. I went with my mom to the mall but when we got there, we split up and did our own shopping spree. I could go on hours and hours walking around the mall looking for the perfect gift to buy because I didn't really like the feeling of finding a better one after you bought it already. Anyways, after getting all the gifts that I need, my sister called me and asked me where I was. Coincidentally, they were at the mall too! We're such last minute shoppers kind of family. Hahaha! Anyways, I chose this song because it catches the true essence of Christmas----Jesus Christ.

When you discover that your so called "bestfriend" for more than half a decade lied straight to your face about major things in her life, restrained you from hanging out with other people but her, make everything about herself, doesn't really ask how you are and expect that you're her only friend, you'll come to realized true friends are really hard to find. I mean, I've been hanging out with this person for years and you'll thought I knew her but I guess I was wrong, because the person that I knew will never do these awful things to me.
